1. Who owns this website

This website, gextiona.art, belongs to Gextiona Interproducción, S.L., tax ID B87967592, calle Francisco Silvela 110, 2nd floor, 28002 Madrid, Spain. It is registered in the Madrid Companies Register, volume 3820, folio 60, sheet M-659211.

2. What this website is for

It presents gextiona’s design studio and apps. Nothing is sold here and no sign-up is needed: each app has its own website, with its own terms and privacy policy.

3. What data we handle

• If you browse the website: we use no cookies, analytics, advertising or social media buttons. Fonts are served from our own server, so your browser does not connect to Google or any other third party to show the page.
• Server logs: like any website, our hosting provider (Hostinger) technically records each visit (IP address, date and page requested) to keep the service running and protect it from attacks. We use them for nothing else.
• If you write to info@gextiona.art: we use your name, email and what you tell us only to reply and, where relevant, to prepare the work you ask for. The legal basis is your own request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). We keep those emails for as long as the conversation or project lasts, and afterwards as long as tax and commercial law require.

We never sell or share your data. Only the providers we need for the website and email to work can see it, under a data processing agreement.

4. Your rights

You can ask us at any time to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to or port your data (Arts. 15 to 22 GDPR) by writing to info@gextiona.art. If you think we have not handled it properly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).

5. Intellectual property

The texts, design and images on this website belong to gextiona or to clients who have allowed us to show their work. The logos and trademarks in our work belong to their owners. They may not be copied or reused without permission.

6. Links and liability

The apps and projects link to other websites. We try to keep everything up to date, but we are not responsible for the content of pages that are not ours or for occasional service interruptions.

7. Governing law

This website is governed by Spanish law. Any dispute goes to the courts that the law determines; if you are a consumer, those of your place of residence.
